NEXT GENERATION EVLA
A New Standard in Vein Ablation
Why Laser Outperforms RFA in Modern Vein Ablation
The use of RF probes for thermal ablation of veins is a safe and effective method. However, in order to have optimal efficacy, the RF probe requires good contact with the vein wall. In contrast, a laser beam continues to propagate until hitting an absorbing medium (the vein wall) and as such, has significantly less sensitivity to contact. As a result, the laser may offer superior performance on larger veins, and on perforator veins (B. Mese, 2015, KR. Woodburn, 2020).
When using a laser, the energy emitted can be tailored more closely to the specific patient and local vein conditions by controlling the power and speed of pull back at the treatment site. The energy can be delivered through a very thin fiber (1.3mm or less) which can be deployed through a slim needle. This unmatched versatility opens up a new treatment approach - Total EVLA, using one fiber to treat all veins in one treatment session (GSV, SSV, perforator veins, tributary veins) with optimal efficacy, safety and aesthetic results, an approach which is much more difficult and costly with RFA.
The Next Generation of Endovenous Laser Therapy
neoLaser’s next generation EVLA solution combines advanced fiber technology, precision laser systems, and an unwavering commitment to excellence - delivering safe, consistent, and elegant results above and below the knee, across perforators, and in delicate anatomic areas.
NEXT GENERATION EVLA
4 Reasons You Should Choose neoLaser for Your EVLA Toolkit
NEXT GENERATION EVLA
Validated by Science. Proven in Practice.
neoLaser’s 1940 nm platform with CORONA Infinite Ring Fiber has been validated in multiple peer-reviewed studies as a safe and effective advancement in endovenous laser ablation. The 1940 nm wavelength offers three-times higher water absorption than 1470 nm, producing efficient vein closure with less thermal spread and postoperative discomfort. Clinical data and pre-clinical research confirm high occlusion rates and minimal collateral damage, establishing neoLaser as the most refined and controlled EVLA system available today.
Higher Closure vs RFA
neoV's closure rates, for both truncal and perforators, were higher than RFA (KR. Woodburn, 2020)
Less Thermal Damage
The neoV1940 and radial fiber can be used at lower parameters with the same success rate (L. Palombi, 2024)
Fast Recovery
Quicker return to activity with EVLA than RFA (O. Bozoglan, 2016)

NEXT GENERATION EVLA
CORONA Infinite Ring Fibers
Building on a strong foundation of fiber innovation, neoLaser's CORONA Infinite Ring Fiber represents the next leap forward in laser energy control. Unlike traditional radial or bare fibers, Infinite Ring emits energy through multiple concentric rings along a 3–4 mm cylindrical section, distributing power evenly in all directions. The fibers are specifically designed to enable lower power density, and a much smoother and gradual rise in temperature inside the targeted cavity. This enhances the uniformity and homogeneity of the thermal application inside the tract. The smooth cap allows easy and safe insertion and sufficient flexibility for small and curved areas.
-
No front emission for safety near the SFJ
-
Emission through multiple rings
-
Lower energy density per ring
-
Homogeneous energy distribution
-
Cylindrical profile of ~ 4mm in length
