Gil Shapira
Founder, President & CEO
Mr. Gil Shapira brings forward over 25 years of engineering and product development and management experience, with over 16 years in the medical laser device industry. Before founding neoLaser he served as VP of Product Development at OmniGuide, an MIT spinoff. Mr. Shapira served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, with responsibility for management of advanced technology projects. He holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University (Summa Cum Laude), a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and a B.A in Physics from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology (both Summa Cum Laude) and an MBA from MIT, Sloan School of Management.
Galit Levite
COO
Mrs. Galit Levite comes to neoLaser with over 20 years of in-depth experience in the financial and operational side of Israeli high-tech, and specifically of the medical device industry. Prior to her role at neoLaser, Mrs. Levite was the Director of Finance and HR at Orsan Medical Technologies, where she managed all financial issues, and oversaw operational activities in Israel and abroad. Previously she held similar senior positions in finance, operations and HR, in several Israeli start-ups. Mrs. Levite holds an MBA, with a major in finance from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), in Herzelya, and a BA in Business Administration, with distinction, from Derby University.
Gil Hadari
Manufacturing Manager
Mr. Gil Hadari comes to neoLaser with over 15 years of experience in design, engineering, installation, manufacturing, and service of multi-disciplinary systems involving mechanics, electrocnis, and optics. Prior to neoLaser, Mr. Hadari serves as the International Service Manager for OmniGuide Inc, a Boston based surgical laser device company, leading all service, installation, and logistics of surgical laser systems and accessories to distributors and customers outside the US, in addition to responsibility as a design engineer for new surgical tools. He holds a B.A in Computer Science and Information Technology.
