Gil Shapira
Founder, President & CEO
Mr. Gil Shapira brings forward over 29 years of engineering and product development and management experience, with over 20 years in the medical laser device industry. He is also the co-founder and acting CEO of BeaMed (www.Beam-med.com). Before founding neoLaser he served as VP of Product Development at OmniGuide, an MIT spinoff. Mr. Shapira served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, with responsibility for management of advanced technology projects. He holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University (Summa Cum Laude), a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and a B.A in Physics from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology (both Summa Cum Laude) and an MBA from MIT, Sloan School of Management.
Einat Harel
CFO
Mrs. Einat Harel is the Chief Financial Officer of neoLaser. Einat comes to neoLaser with over 20 years of experience in the financial and operational side of the Israeli and US medical device industry. Previously she held the position of Purchasing and Finance manager at neoLaser. Prior to neoLaser, Einat worked as Finance and Purchasing manager OmniGuide, a Boston based MIT medical device spin off. Einat also held positions relating to purchasing, financial oversight, planning and budgeting at key organizations including Intel Corporation (Israel), ECI Telecom (Israel), and EMC2 Corporation (Boston US). Einat holds an MBA with distinction from Boston University (major in finance) and a B.A in Economics from Haifa University, Israel
Gil Hadari
Manufacturing Manager
Mr. Gil Hadari comes to neoLaser with over 15 years of experience in design, engineering, installation, manufacturing, and service of multi-disciplinary systems involving mechanics, electronics, and optics. Prior to neoLaser, Mr. Hadari serves as the International Service Manager for OmniGuide Inc, a Boston based surgical laser device company, leading all service, installation, and logistics of surgical laser systems and accessories to distributors and customers outside the US, in addition to responsibility as a design engineer for new surgical tools. He holds a B.A in Computer Science and Information Technology.
