NEXT GENERATION EVLA
Setting the New Standard in Endovenous Laser Therapy
neoLaser’s next generation EVLA solution combines advanced fiber technology, precision laser systems, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence - delivering safe, consistent, and elegant results above and below the knee, across perforators, and in delicate anatomic areas.

Validated by Science. Proven in Practice.
neoLaser’s 1940 nm platform with CORONA Infinite Ring Fiber has been validated in multiple peer-reviewed studies as a safe and effective advancement in endovenous laser ablation. The 1940 nm wavelength offers three-times higher water absorption than 1470 nm, producing efficient vein closure with less thermal spread and postoperative discomfort. Clinical data and pre-clinical research confirm high occlusion rates and minimal collateral damage, establishing neoLaser as the most refined and controlled EVLA system available today.
Higher Closure vs RFA
neoV's closure rates, for both truncal and perforators, were higher than RFA (KR. Woodburn, 2020)
Less Thermal Damage
The neoV1940 and radial fiber can be used at lower parameters with the same success rate (L. Palombi, 2024)
Less Pain
The neoV1940's lower levels of power density result in less pain for the patients (L. Palombi, 2024)
Fast Recovery
Quicker return to activity with EVLA than RFA (O. Bozoglan, 2016)
ENDOVENOUS LASER ABLATION
The Modern Gold Standard For Varicose Vein Treatment.
The neoV® laser platform offers a precise, effective, and minimally invasive solution for treating venous insufficiency and varicose veins.
Using a fine laser fiber, targeted energy is delivered inside the vein to gently seal it shut, redirecting blood flow to healthy veins. The result: superior outcomes, minimal discomfort, and a fast return to normal activities.

PROCTOLOGY
Minimally Invasive Laser Solutions for Anorectal Disease
neoLaser provides minimally invasive, laser-based solutions for some of the most challenging anorectal conditions. Each indication benefits from the same principle – precise destruction of diseased tissue from within, without the need for wide excision or anatomical distortion. The result is faster recovery, less pain, preservation of anatomy, and the availability of future treatment options.
Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty
Hemorrhoid disease is one of the most common anorectal disorders, affecting up to 50% of adults during their lifetime (Johanson, 1990). Excisional surgery is recommended for some cases but it's associated with severe complications such as bleeding, pain, incontinence, and prolonged recovery. Despite the low recurrence rate associated with excisional surgery, the severe complications can be discouraging to an otherwise healthy patient population (Kavraal, 2024).
Modern understanding of anorectal physiology has shifted treatment priorities toward minimally invasive, tissue-preserving strategies (Brusciano, 2020). Laser hemorrhoidoplasty (LH) is an effective, minimally invasive and less painful treatment of hemorrhoid disease. Recent developments in diode laser and fiber technology enable physicians to confidently choose laser as their go-to energy tool, aligning their practice with 21st-century treatment goals (Brusciano, 2020).
-
Significantly less pain than rubber band ligation AND hemorrhoidectomy at every post-operative timepoint (Emral, 2025. Tan, 2022)
-
Earlier return to activity compared to rubber band ligation AND surgery (3.6 days vs. 7.65 for RBL, 6 days vs. 13 days for excision) (Jain, 2024. Jin, 2024)
-
A laser hemorrhoidoplasty can be safely and comfortably performed in 14-20 minutes and under local anesthesia (Eskandaros, 2020. Weyand, 2019)
-
96% of all patients who had a laser hemorrhoidoplasty would recommend it to others and would undergo it again themselves (Weyand, 2013)
Pilonidal Sinus Disease
Pilonidal sinus disease (PSD) was long misclassified as congenital, leading to radical excision as the dominant treatment. Though often effective, this approach came with significant downsides- prolonged healing, painful wound care, disfiguring scars, and months away from normal activity. As PSD came to be understood as an acquired condition, the clinical goal shifted toward removing or destroying sinus tracts in a way that limits morbidity and preserves future treatment options. Laser therapy using a 1470 nm diode system reflects this shift. By collapsing tracts internally using a radially emitting fiber, this technique avoids external incisions and reduces damage to surrounding tissue. Compared to open or flap-based techniques, laser treatment is repeatable, tissue-conserving, and associated with less pain, scarring, and cosmetic disruption. These results reinforce the movement toward precision-guided, minimally invasive pilonidal care - offering effective treatment with faster recovery and lower overall burden.
-
No major post-operative pain (I. Romic, 2022)
-
92.8% returned to daily activities the same day (AF. Pappas, 2018)
-
Lower recurrence rates (3.8% at 24 months) (I. Romic, 2022)
-
Performed under local anesthesia in the office/clinic (VH. Yardimici, 2020)
Anal Fistula
Anal fistula is a chronic condition with significant morbidity. Traditional surgery often requires cutting through sphincter muscle, risking incontinence and recurrence. neoLaser offers a minimally invasive, sphincter-saving treatment for Fistula In-Ano.
Laser fistula closure involves using 1470 nm energy and inserting a fiber with radial emission into the fistula tract and applying controlled energy as the fiber is withdrawn. The laser energy induces destruction of the fistula epithelium and simultaneous obliteration of the remaining fistula tract by a shrinkage effect. This causes the tract to collapse and seal without sphincter damage, eliminating the need for open incisions, reducing recovery time, and resulting in no scars and immediate return to activity.
-
Procedure can be repeated without added morbidity, preserving future treatment options (SO. Adegbola, 2020)
-
Shorter time to return to work and less postoperative pain (H. Tumer, 2023)
-
Success rates as high as 82% (E. Ozturk, 2014)
-
Higher continence preservation, with incontinence reported in 0–1% of cases (H. Elfeki, 2020) (M. Frountzas, 2020)
NEXT GENERATION PLDD
Precision Laser Solutions for
Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression
neoLaser’s PLDD technology combines advanced fiber engineering and wavelength precision to safely vaporize herniated nucleus pulposus, relieve pressure, and restore function with minimal trauma and rapid recovery. neoLaser’s solution of precise energy and focused local emission enables controlled and highly localized thermal impact allowing the laser to heat the targeted disc material gently and locally without generating significant thermal spread.
Precision Laser Solutions for Percutaneous Laser Disc Decompression
Significant Pain Reduction
PLDD using a 1470 nm diode laser resulted in a VAS improvement from 8.1 pre-procedure to 2.7 at 6 months (Gazzeri, 2022).
High Early Success Rate
At 1 month, 92.8% of cervical PLDD patients achieved a good/excellent outcome by MacNab criteria; no injuries were reported (Gazzeri, 2022).
Similar Outcomes vs. Surgery
At 1 year, a strategy of PLDD, followed by surgery if needed, resulted in similar outcomes compared with surgery. (Brouwer, 2015).
Thermal Safety
The 1470 nm laser produced smaller, more confined lesions with significantly less residual thermal injury compared with 808 nm and 980 nm (Plapler, 2016).
